Milena is a Chartered and Certified Accountant with extensive experience across industries such as FMCG, construction, manufacturing, engineering, and hospitality.

After earning her degree in Economics, she began her career as a Finance Analyst while pursuing her ACCA qualification. She progressed through roles like Business Performance Analyst and Divisional Management Accountant, eventually stepping into senior positions such as Finance Manager and Financial Controller.

Driven by her passion for helping businesses succeed, Milena founded Millz. She later gained the ATT qualification as a Tax Technician, broadening her expertise. Known for her approachable and pragmatic style, she helps business owners improve efficiency and profitability while empowering individuals to achieve their potential.

In her free time, Milena enjoys nature, gardening, and spending time with her dogs. She also volunteers with German Shepherd Dog Rescue (GSDR), supporting their mission to rescue and rehome dogs.
